This is a holistic, body-based form of women’s health mentoring, offered through online 1:1 sessions.
Rather than focusing on symptoms alone, we explore how your body, cycle, emotions and lived experience are interconnected. The sessions are a blend of listening, reflection, education and embodied awareness, adapted to where you are in your life.
This support is holistic and non-medical, rooted in body awareness and cycle consciousness, gentle, respectful and led at your pace.
The intention is to help you build a deeper, more trusting relationship with your body over time and prevent / regulate from women’s health unconforts / unbalances through cyclical routines & habits that are taking care of :

This 1:1 women’s health mentoring is not a medical or therapeutic service.
It does not replace medical care, diagnosis or treatment. It is offered as a complementary, holistic support space. I always encourage women to seek appropriate medical or therapeutic support when needed.

Women’s health is deeply connected to the menstrual cycle, which is increasingly recognized as a key indicator of overall wellbeing. Each month, the female body carries out an intelligent and subtle process, constantly adapting to create balance, vitality and inner coherence.
Whether or not a woman is seeking to conceive, the hormonal fluctuations that shape the menstrual cycle require attention, respect and supportive care in order to function harmoniously. Supporting hormonal balance is not about controlling the body, but about learning to listen to it.
Caring for hormonal health means caring for the whole being.
In a holistic approach to women’s health, prevention, education and personal engagement play an essential role. When balance is challenged, the body often expresses itself through symptoms, sometimes uncomfortable, sometimes confusing, which can be understood as signals, inviting awareness and gentle adjustment rather than judgment.

I am a holistic women’s health practitioner, working online and across Europe, supporting women in reconnecting with their bodies, their cyclical nature and their inner sense of sovereignty.
My work is rooted in deep, non-judgmental listening and an embodied, holistic approach. I hold a balance between gentleness and structure, creating a safe and grounded space where women can explore their relationship with their body and health at their own rhythm.
I draw from both scientific knowledge around women’s health and lived, embodied experience. I translate this knowledge into simple, accessible and practical understanding, so that the intelligence of the body becomes a source of clarity, autonomy and trust in one’s own feminine health journey.

My path into women’s health support
Behind this work and this expertise lies my own story.
I am a woman who, one day, fell deeply into the world of the menstrual cycle and never truly left it. Over the years, I have continued to learn, explore, train and shape my life in alignment with a preventive, conscious and holistic approach to women’s wellbeing.
Like many women, I have experienced pain, discomfort and confusion in relation to my cycle. I have lived through periods of deep disconnection, feeling shame around my womb, my blood, my cyclical nature.
This disconnection did not come from my body itself, but from a lack of education, understanding and support. Growing up within a societal model where the menstrual cycle is still treated as a taboo or a battlefield, I often felt unheard, unsupported and disconnected from my own experience as a woman.
Walking alongside women in their cyclical journey
I created this mentorship to walk alongside women and support them in the relationship they have with their own cyclicity.
My intention is to help transform the menstrual cycle and its symptoms from something endured or fought against, into meaningful allies of everyday life. Through awareness, education and embodied support, the cycle can become a source of guidance rather than a burden.
There is an undeniable beauty and power in being a woman. The menstrual cycle does not need to be a reason for rejection or self-criticism. It can become a path toward self-acceptance, self-love and a deeper integration of all parts of who we are.

Is this mentoring suitable if I am not menstruating or if I am in menopause?
Yes. This mentoring is open to women at all stages of life. Whether you are menstruating, in perimenopause, menopause, having irregular cycles, hormonal unbalances. We are walking this path together from wherever you are at.
How does the 1:1 mentoring take place?
The sessions take place online, allowing you to participate from anywhere. Each session is held in a calm, confidential and supportive space, with guidance adapted to your pace, your questions and your intentions.
How long is the commitment?
The mentoring invites a sincere commitment in time, presence and personal engagement. The duration is a minimum of 3 months with a weekly commitment of minimum 2 hours including the weekly calls and your personal practices / excercices.
Do I need prior knowledge about women’s health or the menstrual cycle?
No prior knowledge is required. This mentoring is accessible whether you are just beginning to explore women’s health or already have experience and wish to deepen your understanding in a more embodied and integrated way.
