Cristina Guerra has been since 2014 hosting classes and workshops in yoga and meditation in South East Asia, Australia, Amsterdam and Portugal. She has deep training in multidimensional therapy, channeling, white tantric meditation, Krya and restorative yoga and yoga nidra.
