Yesterday as I was reading these lines in the Power of Now book, I unexpectidly read those lines about women cyclicity and found deep resonance with Eckhart's vision.

Sharing lines of what sticked with me :

(...) When the first sign appears, you need to be alert enough to "catch" it before it takes you over. For example, the first sign may be a sudden strong irritation or a flash of anger, or it may be a purely physical symptom.

Whatever it is, catch it before it can take over your thinking or behavior. This simply means putting the spotlight of your attention on it. If it is an emotion, feel the strong energy charge behind it. Know that it is the pain-body. At the same time, be aware of your conscious presence and feel its power. Any emotion that you take your presence into will quickly subside and become transmuted.

If it is a purely physical symptom, the attention that you give it will prevent it from turning into an emotion or a thought. Then continue to be alert and wait for the next sign of the pain-body. When it appears, catch it again in the same way as before.

Later, when the pain-body has fully awakened from its dormant state, you may experience considerable turbulence in your inner space for a while, perhaps for several days. Whatever form this takes, stay present. Give it your complete attention. Watch the turbulence inside you. Know it is there. Hold the knowing, and be the knowing. Remember: do not let the pain body use your mind and take over your thinking. Watch it. Feel its energy directly, inside your body. As you know, full attention means full acceptance.

Through sustained attention and thus acceptance, there comes transmutation. The pain-body becomes transformed into radiant consciousness, just as a piece of wood, when placed in or near a fire, itself is transformed into fire.

Menstruation will then become not only a joyful and fulfilling expression of your womanhood but also a sacred time of transmutation, when you give birth to a new consciousness. Your true nature then shines forth, both in its female aspect as the Goddess and in its transcendental aspect as the divine Being that you are beyond male and female duality.

Two weeks ago we gathered together. Two weeks ago,

Two weeks ago we gathered together.
Two weeks ago, we united.
Through the presence of our hearts and bodies.

Sitting in a circle, ready to let ourselves be touched by the beauty of this journey.

Two weeks ago, the doors of CYCLICA opened to welcome five women.
Five women ready to dive into the discovery of their cyclical essence.
Five women ready to offer themselves a space for deep regeneration.

To be honest, I still find it hard to believe that those five days were real. We were in a cocoon, literally. A bubble lulled by love, care, light, humility, transparency, vulnerability, emotions, simplicity, and laughter to create connections.
A genuine, deep, untouched, pure connection.

To touch the essence of collective work, which is, after all, to create CONNECTION.

(Re)create an authentic connection with yourself.

(Re)create an authentic connection with others.

Connect with the sacred power of the collective.

Connecting with the essence of your hear

and letting yourself be carried away by what the untouched truth within us dares to reveal.

Far from being an easy exercise, connecting with yourself, with your inner depths, requires courage, vulnerability, openness and trust. And these women have experienced this magnificently.

For five days, we were touched by the beauty of BEING ourselves. OF BEING with others. The collective, the circle, reveals itself as a profound space of truth. It reflects our place, our triggers, our difficulties, our strengths, our judgements, and it is deeply healing when we open ourselves to its medicine.

When we CONNECT with our hearts, we have the ability to move mountains. Together, we consciously decide to do our part of the individual work to unite in light and sacred strength. Realizing the bond that constantly unites us when we open ourselves to seeing it, in the uniqueness of our life journeys.

This red thread, from heart to heart, will constantly remind us of what one day, a group of women sitting in a circle, came to touch.

I feel immense gratitude towards these women, for their trust, for the quality of their presence, for the greatness of their hearts.
