Through somatic practices and the wisdom of the menstrual cycle, we reconnect with the body as teacher, the feminine cycle as a compass and an intuitive map for life.

Montalma, a sanctuary on Foia’s moutain, Algarve, Portugal :
There’s something about this place that words can’t quite touch.But the moment you arrive, you’ll feel it.
Nestled on the sacred slopes of Foia mountain, Montalma is where CYCLICA chose to root.
The first time I walked this land, something in me softened. As if the earth itself whispered: rest here. remember here. come home.
Nestled between the South and West Coast of the Algarve & just 10 minutes from Monchique town.
By car or taxi:
- 75 minutes from Faro Airport
- 40 minutes from Aljezur
- 50 minutes from Lagos

- A direct airport bus runs daily from

Kia Ora, I am Elina
This retreat was born from my own journey of remembering.
Like many women, I spent years disconnected from my body, my needs, and my creative power. Caught in a cycle of doing, giving, and forgetting myself.It wasn’t until my intuition led me on a journey to New Zealand that everything began to shift.
Since then, I slowly unraveled old patterns, healed deep wounds, and reconnected with the wisdom of my body and the sacred rythm of my cycle.
I am here to hold space for you to remember too.
To trust your body, honor your rhythm, and reclaim the creative, powerful woman you already are.
Everything I share with you is rooted in what I have studied, embodied, and continue to integrate into my daily life.
My background includes:
- 1-year training in Holistic Gynecology
- 50-hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training
- Feminine Cycle Facilitation Training
- Trained and experienced in holistic, abdominal, pregnancy/postnatal massage
- 5 years women photographer (Empowering Photography©)
- 10 years of dance education
- Degree in Social Work
A personal touch to the immersion
Photography is one of the ways I hold space for women to be seen, felt,and celebrated.
I believe we carry each a unique beauty that deserves to be expressed, revealed, and seen.
During the immersion, you’ll be invited to reveal your inner beauty and to experience what it feels like to step into your power and embody your essence.
You’ll receive five professional photographs after the immersion, capturing the essence of your presence: your unique womanprint.

Many women in menopause or perimenopause have shared with me that the cyclical theme no longer feels relevant to them.
