Before starting each massages, I take the time to exchange with you to understand your needs, trigger points, energy levels & wishes in order to offer you the best experience possible for your mind, body & soul.

☽ Baby Massage ~45min ~ 30€
(I support you in learning a variety of massage techniques to gift to your baby. Baby massage is a tool that allows you to reinforce your connection with your baby, to calm and support him in the apprehension of his body. I demonstrate on a baby doll while you practice on your baby).

For the Massages : you can come to my space or I can come to your home. Based in Monchique, mobile to Aljezur, Lagos, Portimao, Monchique and close surroundings. For pregnancy massages, I am also available at the Coracao Shala in Aljezur.
For the Photography : The experiences can happen in the lushing nature of the Algarve / Alentejo and I can also travel to all Portugal (with sharing travel costs). I have also some dates available in France (Rhone-Alpes region).
