Each session is intuitive and fully personalized, a gentle invitation to slow down, soften, and return home to your body.

I listen to your needs, energy, tension points and emotional state, allowing me to shape a session that supports your body, mind and soul as a whole.

An ancient Taoist technique focusing on the abdominal area to support emotional release, organ detox, and digestive balance. Ideal for those carrying emotional blockages or energetic stagnation in the belly.

A deeply grounding session for expectant mothers, designed to relieve tension, embrace physical changes, and nurture the sacred connection with your baby.

☽ Reconnect Yoga Massage – Postnatal
A soft and supportive massage offered 6+ months postpartum, gently guiding your body back into awareness and softness after birth. Reconnect with your new form and honor the changes it has held.

☽ Baby Massage Session (Parent-Led)
In this hands-on session, I guide you to learn soothing techniques that support your baby’s relaxation, digestion, and connection. I demonstrate on a baby doll while you lovingly practice on your own baby.

I’m Elina.
A holistic massage therapist and intuitive space holder based in the serene hills of Monchique, Portugal.
Trained across New Zealand, Paris, and Thailand, I blend diverse healing traditions with deep intuition to offer massage experiences that nurture your body, calm your mind, and awaken your soul.
For me, massage is more than a treatment, it’s a sacred pause. Before each session, I take the time to listen closely to your needs, energy, and emotions, so I can craft a personalized experience that honors where you are.
Whether supporting mothers through pregnancy and postpartum, guiding you to release tension with Chi Nei Tsang, or simply inviting you to rest, rejuvenate and reconnect with a full-body relaxation massage, my intention is to hold space for your healing and transformation.

For the Massages : you can come to my space or I can come to your home. Based in Monchique, mobile to Aljezur, Lagos, Portimao, Monchique and close surroundings. For pregnancy massages, I am also available at the Coracao Shala in Aljezur.
For the Photography : The experiences can happen in the lushing nature of the Algarve / Alentejo and I can also travel to all Portugal (with sharing travel costs). I have also some dates available in France (Rhone-Alpes region).
