🌹 Women are like flowers to me.  (I've been p 🌹 Women are like flowers to me.  (I've been playing with double exposure since 3 days | thanks @silkenuthmann for the inspiration | and I'm already sensing it as my new art playground) Melting women in flowers.  Melting flowers in women.  They become one.  One wonder of nature.  Fragile & sensitive  With multiple petals  Visible & invisible  Evolving with the seasons  From blossoming to death  Carrying life, colors, fragrances A unique constellation  A creation of nature Flowers are women.  Women are flowers.  What would like to be melted with haha ? Does that arise a vision ? Please share it 🤍 I want to hear your creativity.

During a cycle, your main reproductive hormones (estrogen, progesterone and testosterone) fluctuate to prepare your bodies for fertility. These fluctuations can be divided into 4 phases with different hormonal variations: ❄️Menstrual Phase • inner winter • new moon • wise woman 🌼 Follicular Phase • inner spring • rising moon • maiden ☀️ Ovulatory Phase • inner summer • full moon • mother 🍂 Luteal Phase • inner fall • waning moon • wild woman Every 28 to 35 days (a reference figure which is unique for each woman), this hormonal dance begins again, creating this notion of cyclicity. Every 28 to 35 days, we go through these four phases, and are influenced in a unique way for each phase. Our hormones have a significant influence on many aspects • from our emotions and energy levels to our body sensations, strengths and vulnerabilities .. 🤔 How can we expect you to show up every day the same way knowing that within a month time - you are going through 4 different phases with unique needs. So if sometimes you feel radiant & happy and the next week you feel lost & angry, it's not that you're crazy or weird, it's simply that you're going through a hormonal flow that makes you a CYCLICAL woman. Together, in the cyclical wisdom workshop we will explore : - the beauty and power of being cyclical - the beauty and uniqueness that each phase can bring us from lights to shadows - tips on how to cycle synch' naturally so that you become a real ally with your body and your cycle. ⭕ Cyclical Wisdom Workshop • 10.07 at 7pm • Online • Free • Replay available. What I teach, teaches me. What I share, reminds me What I teach, teaches me. What I share, reminds me. What I experience, tells me. That my body is a precious gift. That my cyclicity is my best ally. That taking care of it is my greatest mission. Before passing on my tools and knowledge, I experiment with them, giving myself time to feel them, to embody them. I felt like you feel - what I teach teached me and still is teaches me. Each experience I am living is an opportunity to understand, to transfom, to embody what I've learned. Because I am a human who's walking the path of life with the many learnings, life challenges, life beauties that comes with it. Through teaching this passion for the menstrual cycle, for the female body, for women - I constantly remind myself. Every day. To take care of myself. To slow down. To give myself space. To question. To observe. To reflect. To celebrate. When my daily life becomes too full, too stressful, too much, I remember what I preach for. Then I rebalance, not always with ease, but I would say, with awareness. Awareness that I have the tools to honor the rhythm of my cycle, my body, my mind, through all my knowledge & experience. And that it's my responsibility to embody what I believe in, deep down - to feel it in every cell - to take care of myself so I can take care of others.
